Mary is a business leader and has over 28 years in the field of Human Resources. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail office supplies, ecommerce, and B2B sales. She studied Business Management at Wilmington Business College (Wilmington, OH) and Counseling Psychology at Samford University (Birmingham, AL). From a business perspective, Mary enjoys change management, turnarounds, identifying and strategically correcting problems and fueling business growth. She is known for her authenticity and direct, no-nonsense leadership style.

Mary’s personal values and highest priorities are focused on serving others. She aspires to leave the world a much better place, one person at a time. It is her goal to positively influence others and have a lasting impact on the many lives with whom she engages, inside and outside the workplace. Being a person of strong faith, she has spent countless hours teaching and coaching others on practical life and faith matters and openly shares her testimony of how her relationship with Jesus Christ (Yeshua) has helped her overcome many challenging obstacles. Mary currently resides in Southwest Florida with her husband, Hal, to whom she has been married 23 years. They are “empty nesters” and together have three children and eight grandchildren. In her down time, she enjoys participating in and teaching bible studies, boating, fishing, spending time with close friends and endlessly training and managing their energetic Belgian Malinoises, Stitch and Ruger.
